FALL FITNESS CLASSES AT THE WHYTE RIDGE COMMUNITY CENTRE

PILATES SCULPT WITH GLORIA
WEDNESDAYS – 8:10 PM TO 9:10 PM
This workout is geared to strengthen the entire body from head to toe!
The workout includes combining Pilates based core conditioning with strength training exercises as well as upper/lower body exercise combinations. Your muscles will not only be pumping, but your heart will be too. Fun fitness tools are used like the dynaband, weights, towels and the awesome bender ball. So get up off the couch and let’s get long, lean and strong!

Please bring: mat, weights and 2 small hand towels

Zumba – a dance fitness program based on international rhythms.
It is a fun, enjoyable, and social way to get into shape. We dance, laugh, sweat and work hard. This class is great for friends, family and individuals who are looking to spice up their exercise routine and find something they can stick with. No need for coordination, there are NO MIRRORS. We just want to move and get healthy. Appropriate for any age and fitness level, as you decide how much you want to do. So come and join us and “ditch the workout and join the party!”

Session dates: Tuesday’s from Sept 21st – Nov 30th, 2010 (No class Oct 12th)

Ladies, it’s time to let loose – have fun – learn steps – follow the leader – dance to your own beat – bust-a-groove!
This is a great, low-impact dance work out that doesn’t feel like exercise! If you can go out for a night on the town with your girlfriends you can do this class.
No experience necessary! All you need is an open mind, a comfortable pair of shoes and a bottle of water – come as you are!
For those of you who have already taken the class – you can look forward to some new tunes & moves! If you have any song requests, please email them and we’ll try to incorporate into the next bust-a-groovin’ session.
**Bring your friends out with you! Everyone can try the first class for just $5.00. If you like it, sign up for the rest of the session for just $85.00. *Regular Drop-in rate $9.00
